Curious about what Pilates can do for you?

I’m currently teaching on Zoom. We have a Saturday morning (7 am) standing or seated morning class for individuals who have special cases, such as knee injuries or who cannot lie on the floor, and I can do private consultations. I specialize in helping people who spend a lot of time in front of the computer, seniors, and injury rehabilitation as well as simply helping people to work out and stay healthy.
